Reference pod

Use the GL.iNet GL-SFT1200 "Opal" as the supported reference path. Join the pod Wi-Fi, deploy or flash from FieldNOC, then use Pod Health to confirm the local API.

Debugging

Copy useful logs

FieldNOC includes a Debug Log screen for pod deployment, speed tests, LLDP/CDP diagnostics, and uncaught errors. Include relevant entries when contacting support.

Purchases

Restore Pro

If FieldNOC Pro does not appear unlocked, open the Pro screen and use Restore Purchases. Apple manages the subscription and renewal state.
